Product Introduction

The oil filter plays a crucial role in the engine, effectively filtering out metal debris, mechanical impurities, and oxides from the oil. Once these impurities enter the lubrication system with the engine oil, they will exacerbate the wear of engine components and may even cause blockage of oil pipes or passages.
The filter collector, usually designed with a filter screen, is installed before the oil pump to prevent large particle impurities from entering the oil pump. Filter collectors are divided into two types: floating and fixed. The floating filter collector can absorb relatively clean oil on the oil surface, but the foam on the oil surface is also easy to be sucked in, thus affecting the oil pressure and making the lubrication effect unstable. The fixed filter collector is installed below the oil level. Although the cleanliness of the oil absorbed is slightly lower than that of the floating type filter collector, it can avoid foam suction, provide stable and reliable lubrication effect, and has a simple structure. At present, it has become the first choice for automobile engines.
Next is the full flow oil filter, which is connected in series between the oil pump and the main oil passage to ensure that all oil is filtered through it. Currently, most car engines use full flow oil filters. There are various types of filter elements for this type of filter, among which paper filter elements are widely used due to their efficient filtration performance. Paper filter oil filters are divided into two types of structures: detachable and integral, which have the characteristics of easy replacement and integral replacement, respectively. In addition, the full flow oil filter is also equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter element is severely blocked by impurities, the oil pressure rises and reaches a certain pressure value before the bypass valve opens, allowing unfiltered oil to directly enter the main oil passage to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system.
