About the product

There are three types of fuel filters: diesel filters, gasoline filters, and natural gas filters.

To achieve high separation efficiency, the first stage is an oil-water separator and the first stage is a diesel fine filter. Wear and tear can even worsen the combustion process of diesel. The water removal method of diesel filtration systems is mainly sedimentation in mechanical fuel systems. In the era of emissions above National III level, diesel engines often use high-pressure common rail fuel systems and filter paper for water removal.

There are two types of gasoline filters: carburetor type and electronic fuel injection type. For gasoline engines that use carburetors, the gasoline filter is located on the inlet side of the fuel pump with a lower working pressure and generally uses a nylon shell. For electronic fuel injection engines, the gasoline filter is located on the outlet side of the fuel pump with a higher working pressure and usually uses a metal shell. The filter element of gasoline filters often uses filter paper, but some also use nylon cloth or polymer materials.

Working principle

The fuel filter is connected in series on the pipeline between the fuel pump and the inlet of the throttle body. The function of a fuel filter is to filter out iron oxide contained in the fuel. The structure of a fuel filter consists of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside. A high-efficiency filter paper is installed on the bracket in a chrysanthemum shape to increase the flow area. The electronic fuel injection filter cannot be used interchangeably with the chemical oil filter. Because electronic fuel injection filters often withstand fuel pressures of 200-300KPA, the pressure resistance strength of the filter is generally required to be above 500KPA, while chemical fuel filters do not need to reach such high pressures.

Generally, gasoline contains various impurities, and long-term use of the fuel tank can also deposit a certain amount of dirt, all of which can affect the quality of gasoline. The function of the gasoline grid is to filter the impurities mentioned above. The gasoline in the fuel tank is filtered through the gasoline grid and reaches the combustion chamber of the engine, ensuring its cleanliness and purity.
Air filters are mainly used for:
1. Automobile engines
Installed in the intake system of automobile engines, they filter out dust, particles and other impurities in the air to prevent accelerated wear of components such as cylinders and pistons due to the intake of impurities.
