Assembly Notes

1. This is an internal component of the AFC assembly; disassemble the PT pump to replace the AFC chamber.
2. Pay attention to correct orientation during installation-incorrect installation will prevent the AFC plunger from moving.
3. It is recommended to inspect and replace the following components simultaneously: AFC plunger, AFC spring, and AFC seal ring.
4. After replacement, the PT pump must be calibrated on a test bench to adjust fuel pressure.

2. AFC function failure, excessive smoke emission, and higher fuel consumption.
