About the product

The working principle of the governor plunger mainly includes the following aspects:

Working process: During the reciprocating motion of the governor plunger, continuous sealing volume changes are achieved through the action of spring force, allowing hydraulic oil to be continuously sucked in and discharged. When the plunger moves upwards, it slides downwards due to the force of the spring; When the plunger moves downwards, it is also moved upwards by the spring force.

Inhalation process: When the pressure oil enters the distribution plate, it first enters the main oil circuit through the one-way valve, then flows into the inlet chamber through the throttle hole on the main shaft and connects with the return oil pipe, and finally returns to the oil tank through the outlet hole. At this time, the pressure inside the oil chamber is atmospheric pressure or a pressure value lower than atmospheric pressure, and the outlet is in a vacuum state (i.e. the discharge port is in a negative pressure state).

Discharge process: After the pressure oil is discharged from the inlet, it first enters the small hole on the main shaft through the one-way valve and flows along the small hole to the high-pressure area, then flows back to the low-pressure area and returns to the oil outlet chamber to communicate with the return pipe. Finally, it flows out of the oil tank through the oil outlet hole. At this time, the discharge port is in a positive pressure state (i.e. suction), thereby achieving the function of suction and output of liquid medium.

The structural composition of the governor plunger:

Power end: including crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, and floating sleeve. The crankshaft converts rotational motion into reciprocating linear motion, the connecting rod transmits thrust to the crankshaft, the crosshead connects the connecting rod and plunger, and the floating sleeve acts as an isolation and support.

Hydraulic end: including pump head, sealing box, plunger, inlet valve and outlet valve, etc. The pump head is forged from stainless steel as a whole, and the suction and discharge valves adopt a low damping, conical valve structure to ensure smooth liquid flow.
