The working principle of fuel injectors mainly involves high-pressure fuel entering through the fuel supply port pump of the injector, and generating high pressure in the injector body to act on the conical surface of the injector nozzle. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core of the fuel injector opens, and high-pressure oil sprays out from the small hole of the nozzle, forming a mist and burning inside the engine cylinder, causing the piston to run back and forth. The fuel injector system is an important component that maintains engine operation, consisting of the fuel injector body, fuel injectors, supports, and springs. Due to the fact that fuel injectors are precision devices with very high machining accuracy, it is required to have a large dynamic flow range, strong anti clogging and anti pollution capabilities, and good atomization performance. The fuel injector receives injection pulse signals from the ECU and precisely controls the amount of fuel injected.
