About the product

Working Principle: The system primarily comprises a motor, supply pump, backflow pump, switch valve, pressure chamber, and throttle hole. The pump operates in two primary states: supply mode and emptying mode. During the supply phase, the motor drives the supply pump to transfer urea solution from the urea tank into the pressure chamber. A portion of the urea solution is utilized for injection, while the remainder flows back to the urea tank via the throttle hole.
In low-temperature conditions, to prevent pipeline blockages, the pump must evacuate the pressure chamber. The controller automatically determines when to enter the emptying state. In this mode, the supply pump ceases operation, the switch valve opens, and the backflow pump extracts any residual urea solution from the pressure chamber and returns it to the urea tank.

Product Information: As a critical method for controlling diesel engine exhaust emissions, this technology has been widely adopted in developed regions such as Europe, significantly mitigating environmental pollution caused by exhaust emissions. After implementing SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology, the emission performance of the engine largely depends on the calibration of the urea injection system and the performance characteristics of the urea pump. Based on the principle of nitrogen-oxygen reduction, the SCR device uses a 32.5% urea water solution as a reducing agent. Under the catalytic action of the vanadium-based catalyst coating, NOX in the exhaust gas is converted into harmless N2 and H2O.
Diesel engine exhaust temperatures typically range between 200°C and 500°C, which satisfies the activation requirements of the vanadium-based catalyst employed in SCR systems. Consequently, NOX in the diesel engine exhaust rapidly reacts with the urea water solution to produce nitrogen and water.
The urea pump serves as a core component of the SCR system, and its performance is closely linked to the engine's emission capabilities. To ensure the operational reliability of the urea pump and meet the stringent demands of the SCR system, precise calibration of the urea pump is essential.

Function: Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology represents one of the key NOX purification methods for diesel engines designed to comply with increasingly stringent future emission regulations. This technology offers advantages such as enhanced safety, reduced fuel consumption, and superior sulfur resistance. Its operating principle involves utilizing the oxidation-reduction reaction between urea solution and NOX to generate non-toxic N2, which is subsequently released into the atmosphere. The urea pump extracts urea solution from the urea tank and transports it through delivery pipes to the nozzle for injection.
