The function of the valve lock clamp is that the valve lock clamp used in internal combustion engines is composed of another pair of rings that cooperate with the valve spring plate. A valve lock clamp assembly device, comprising a protection component, an operation box component, a pressure assembly power component, a pressure assembly limiting mechanism, an intake and exhaust pressure assembly switch servo mechanism, a pressure assembly clamp, an intake and exhaust flipping mechanism, a feeding mechanism, and a pressure assembly support mechanism, wherein the pressure assembly clamp comprises a lock clamp pressure cylinder and a lock clamp sleeve. When assembling the valve lock clamp under pressure, the lock clamp cylinder acts on the lock clamp sleeve, causing the lock clamp sleeve to move upward due to the action of the valve stem, almost completely disengaging from the two lock clamps of the spring seat. At the same time, the locking cylinder repeatedly moves the cylinder rod up and down, causing the locking sleeve to strike the locking clip, ensuring that the locking clip fully enters the spring seat and ensuring the accuracy of the locking pressure of the valve.

The new engine product needs to be equipped with valve lock clips during the trial production process. In the process of assembling the valve lock clip, it is necessary to compress the valve spring first before removing or installing the lock clip. Due to the high elasticity of valve springs, a significant amount of pressure is required to assemble them. At present, when using simple pressure assembly tools to assemble valve lock clips, the labor intensity of operators is high, time-consuming and laborious, and unsafe.

When using an automatic hydraulic system to assemble valve lock clamps, although manual work is not required, the investment cost is higher. In addition, there are various types of engines on the market. Simple tools cannot be applied to all types of engines, and their versatility is low. However, manufacturing a special tool for each type of engine has high cost, low efficiency, and resource waste.
