Product Introduction The function of the fuel transfer pump is to ensure that a sufficient amount of diesel is delivered from the fuel tank to the fuel injection pump, and to maintain a certain supply pressure to overcome pipeline and fuel filter resistance, allowing diesel to circulate in the low-pressure pipeline. Fuel delivery capacity: generally 3-4 times the full load requirement of a diesel engine. The types are divided into piston type, diaphragm type, sliding plate type, and gear type.
operational principle
1. Preparation for oil pressure process: As the camshaft of the fuel injection pump rotates, the eccentric wheel drives the roller, push rod, and piston to move outward. The oil pressure in pump chamber I increases due to the decrease in volume. The inlet valve is closed, and the oil valve is pressed out. Diesel fuel flows from pump chamber I to pump chamber II through the outlet valve.
2. Oil suction and pressure stroke: When the protruding part of the eccentric wheel rotates away from the roller, the piston moves inward under the action of the spring, the oil pressure in pump chamber II increases, the oil outlet valve is closed, and diesel flows through the oil passage to the oil filter. At this point, the volume of pump chamber I increases, the pressure decreases, and the inlet valve 3 is sucked open. Diesel oil enters pump chamber I through the inlet port and inlet valve.
3. Automatic adjustment of oil delivery: The amount of oil delivery depends on the piston stroke; The magnitude of oil delivery pressure depends on the tension of the piston spring. When the stroke of the piston is equal to the eccentricity of the eccentric wheel, the oil delivery is maximum. When the amount of oil required by the fuel injection pump decreases, the oil pressure in pump chamber II will increase accordingly, creating an empty stroke between the push rod and piston, that is, the effective stroke of the piston is reduced, and the output oil quantity is reduced. When the fuel consumption increases, the effective travel also increases. In this way, automatic adjustment of oil delivery volume and oil delivery pressure has been achieved.
4. Hand pump oil: Pull the hand pump piston to suction and press oil.
application
The normal operating temperature of the oil pump is within 250 degrees. If high-temperature medium needs to be transported, it can be customized as a high-temperature type, with a suitable temperature of up to 350 degrees. It can also be customized with insulation jacket to insulate the high-temperature medium being transported.
Oil pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 250 ℃, and have a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), as well as for hydraulic transmission systems. Oil pump flow rate: 1-58 cubic meters per hour. High temperature pumps are suitable for conveying media with high temperatures and no impurities. They use mechanical seals and packing seals. They are used in the plastic and rubber processing industry.
