When did Gidromashservice start providing a complete set of services related to automated centralized lubrication systems?
Alexander Tilin： Since 2019, Gidromashservice has been collaborating with Tribo, the only manufacturer of automated centralized lubrication systems in Russia. The company's factory is located in Kalyazin, Moscow Oblast, and recently, at our initiative, production has also been launched in the Kuzbass region. Tribo's centralized lubrication system is an equivalent product of foreign systems, such as Lincoln and Becca, which have already established a good reputation in the market. However, due to sanctions, the delivery time of foreign systems has been significantly extended, and costs have also risen significantly. Therefore, the domestically produced system in Russia has actually become the only alternative solution and is not inferior to foreign products in all aspects. As an undisputed advantage of these system suppliers, Gidromashservice has a service team consisting of 15 people and 7 service vehicles. This enables us to install new systems and repair old systems, as all foreign and domestic system parts are interchangeable. In terms of installation and service, we not only provide services in the Kuzbass region, but also cover the whole of Russia - even including Yakutsk and the Far East region.
What are the characteristics of Russian made centralized lubrication systems?
Alexander Tilin： On the basis of drawing on the advantages of foreign systems, domestic developers have also added some unique innovations. For example, unlike other systems such as Lincoln that are typically managed, regulated, and monitored through switches, domestic systems can be comprehensively managed through applications. This application connects to the system via Bluetooth, and the responsible mechanic can set the required system operating parameters (such as working time, cycle, and number of cycles). The important thing is that the mechanic has a password, which means that no one else can access the system except him. That is to say, the possibility of operators adjusting the system based on personal preferences has been ruled out, avoiding situations of excessive or insufficient lubrication. In domestic systems, all work decisions can only be made by the responsible person. Another characteristic of the Russian domestic system is the process of adding lubricating oil. In foreign equipment, lubricating oil is usually added by opening the top cover. In domestic systems, there is no internal opening, and system filling is done through a connector with a filter, which completely avoids dirt and debris from entering the system. In addition, our system is equipped with a manual pump or an electric pump that can be connected to a connector and refueled to the system.
Which devices are usually equipped with centralized lubrication systems?
Alexander Tilin： Usually, for heavy equipment like BelAZ, Tribo's centralized lubrication system is installed directly in the factory. However, almost all types of devices can install such systems. For this purpose, Gidromashservice has all the necessary equipment - from different types of pumps to various accessories. Some of the equipment is produced by ourselves, including some accessories, pumps, and related containers, similar to Flowmaster.
What is the driving force behind introducing a centralized lubrication system on the new machine?
Alexander Tilin： If we talk about equipment made in China, especially the main source of new equipment, they usually come pre installed with centralized lubrication systems in factories. Gidromashservice is also preparing to provide systems for new equipment, but the current main task is to install these systems for existing equipment or provide system installation services for equipment that has already installed a centralized lubrication system from abroad and whose warranty period has expired.
