In his speech, Liu Hongbin stated that Jichai is a century old enterprise with strong technological accumulation and precipitation in the field of gas engines. The L20V200 gas generator set released this time has achieved breakthroughs in material technology, combustion control, system integration and other fields, filling the gap of domestically produced high-power gas generators with a capacity of over 2000 kilowatts, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign countries, and setting a new benchmark for green and efficient development in the industry.
Luo Jiang, the deputy general manager of Shandong Zhongtuo New Energy Co., Ltd., the company's strategic cooperation representative, said in his speech that the successful development of the L20V200 gas engine product is a precise response to market demand. He looks forward to further deepening the collaboration with Jichai, jointly exploring the market, and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
Li Shusheng announced the new product evaluation report, stating that the L20V200 natural gas generator set has overcome the dual-channel stratified intake and deep pit swirling combustion chamber technology, enhancing the combustion rate and thermal efficiency; optimized the passive high-energy ignition technology, solving the problem of difficult ignition in the cylinder; designed a new camshaft and valve timing to achieve a strong Miller cycle; adopted intelligent integrated control technology, achieving multi-parameter coordinated control, intelligent cooling adjustment, remote monitoring and unattended operation, with an electrical efficiency index of 42.7% under rated conditions; this generator set is highly innovative, has high thermal efficiency, strong adaptability and high reliability, and overall reaches the international advanced level.
Zhang Zeya, the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Safety Director of the company, explained the released products. He stated that the power of existing gas generator sets in China is generally small, and high-power generator sets above 2000 kilowatts are basically monopolized by foreign products. In this context, Jichai has carried out research and development on the L20V200 natural gas engine, focusing on improving the efficiency, optimizing emissions, and reducing engine ignition difficulty of high-power gas engines, achieving an ultra-high electrical efficiency of 42.7%, reaching the international advanced level, and achieving the goal of "power increase, efficiency increase; emission temperature reduction, emission reduction".
Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer Guo Jinju presided over the meeting. He stated that Jichai successfully developed the first 550 kW natural gas engine in China in the 1980s. After years of technological accumulation, the products have been continuously enriched and improved. In the field of high-power gas-fired power generation, Jichai has successfully developed the L20V200 natural gas generator set based on the L190 product, which has expanded the market for domestic substitution of high-end markets above 2000 kilowatts and the manufacturing of high-end gas-fired power generation equipment, achieving significant breakthroughs and leaps in key technological fields.
At the meeting, a product evaluation team composed of industry experts and university professors organized by the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society conducted comprehensive discussions on core innovation points, performance indicators, application scenarios, and promotion prospects. After rigorous argumentation, it was unanimously agreed that the overall technology of the product has reached the international advanced level.
During the press conference, the company signed cooperation agreements with Shandong Zhongtuo New Energy Co., Ltd. and Jinan Huanneng. The attendees jointly visited the L20V200 natural gas generator set displayed on site and conducted discussions and exchanges around the newly released product.
