If the gas generator set cannot work properly, we need to carefully inspect and analyze it to make a judgment and solve the problem. The generator set mainly consists of two parts: the engine and the generator.

When we clean up motor unit faults, we must adhere to the following four guidelines:
1. To identify faults, it is necessary to analyze them as a whole and eliminate them comprehensively.
The various systems, components, and parts of a gas generator set are closely related. If a component, system, or part malfunctions, it will inevitably touch other systems, components, or parts. So, a problem phenomenon cannot be treated in isolation, it is necessary to analyze the cause of the problem as a whole and promptly eliminate the problem.
2. When searching for faults in the generator set, disassembly should be minimized as much as possible.
When cleaning up faults, it is not possible to consciously disassemble the components of the generator set. It is necessary to first understand the structure, working principle, and faulty parts of the green wire generator set before disassembly. Only on the basis of scientific and careful analysis can disassembly be stopped.
3. To find faults, one should be careful, separate looking, listening, touching, and smelling, and stop checking.
4. When cleaning up faults, it is necessary to classify and search according to the major systems of the generator set.
Common Fault Causes and Troubleshooting Methods for Gas Generators
1. Fault cause: Insufficient battery pressure. Troubleshooting: Replace or repair charging
2. Fault cause: Poor connection of the water storage tank. Troubleshooting: Clean the connecting column and connector, reconnect and take protective measures.
3. Fault cause: Fuse blown. Troubleshooting: Replace the insurance.
4. Fault cause: Starter malfunction. Troubleshooting: Repair or replace
5. Fault cause: The ignition coil is damaged. Troubleshooting: Replace the ignition coil.
6. Fault cause: High voltage line damaged. Troubleshooting: Replace the high-voltage wire.
7. Fault cause: Spark plug electrode gap is too large or too small. Troubleshooting: Adjust the spark plug gap to 0.7mm.
8. Fault cause: The spark plug is affected by moisture or excessive carbon accumulation, which may affect its normal operation. Troubleshooting: Blow dry the spark plug or clean the carbon deposits.
9. Fault cause: Gas pipeline is blocked or there is no gas available. Troubleshooting: Clean the gas pipeline or check the gas source to ensure that the gas pipeline pressure is normal.
10. Fault cause: The air in the gas pipe has not been eliminated. Exclusion method: Fully evacuate.
11. Fault cause: Gas regulator malfunction. Troubleshooting: Check and repair the gas regulator.
12. Fault cause: The explosion-proof valve is not tightly sealed due to tempering and other reasons. Troubleshooting: Replace or repair.
13. Fault cause: The sealing between the intake and exhaust valves and the seat ring is not tight. Troubleshooting: Repair or replace.
14. Fault cause: Valve spring broken. Troubleshooting: Replace.
15. Fault cause: The cylinder head gasket is damaged. Troubleshooting: Replace.
16. Fault cause: Excessive wear on the cylinder liner, piston, and ring. Troubleshooting: Replace.
17. Fault cause: Leakage in the intake pipe. Troubleshooting: Check and replace the damaged intake pipe gasket, and tighten the intake pipe bolts.
18. Fault cause: The phase sensor is damaged. Troubleshooting: Replace the phase sensor.
19. Fault cause: Incorrect ignition timing. Troubleshooting: Calibrate the ignition timing.
20. Fault cause: The air filter is severely blocked. Troubleshooting: Clean or replace the air filter core.
21. Fault cause: The mixed gas throttle cannot rotate. Troubleshooting: Repair or calibration.
22. Fault cause: The combustible component in the gas decreases. Troubleshooting: Check the gas quality and calibrate the choke valve.
23. Fault cause: The ignition controller ECU is damaged. Troubleshooting: Check or replace the ignition controller ECU.
24. Fault cause: The protection system is functioning. Troubleshooting: Check the protection system and eliminate the fault.
