CLAAS Makes Debut At 2026 DLG Field Day

Sep 18, 2026

Recently, CLAAS showcased at the 2026 DLG Field Day held near Bernburg, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.

As one of the important professional field agriculture exhibitions in Europe, the DLG Field Day focuses on crop production, agricultural machinery, and digital agricultural technologies. This exhibition attracted approximately 13,400 professional visitors. In an area of about 2,500 square meters, CLAAS presented its mechanization and digitalization solutions throughout the year's agricultural production cycle, from sowing, fertilization to harvesting.

From sowing to harvesting, presenting the complete agricultural production cycle

At this exhibition, CLAAS used a mobile display vehicle as the core of the exhibition area and arranged different crops and test plots around it in a concentric circle, concentrating the entire agricultural production cycle in the exhibition area.

Around different seasons and operation stages, CLAAS demonstrated the collaborative application of large-horsepower tractors, sowing and fertilization machinery, and the LEXION series of combine harvesters, covering: spring sowing → field fertilization → grain harvesting → crop information analysis.

During the harvesting stage, the LEXION combine harvester, combined with the CONVIO cutter and the NUTRIMETER GRAIN grain nutrition analysis technology, achieved a further combination of mechanical operation and crop data collection and analysis.

From a single machine to a complete operation process, CLAAS hoped to let visitors understand how digital technology runs through different stages of agricultural production through more intuitive field scenarios and help farmers further improve operation efficiency and decision-making ability.

Not only showcasing machinery, but also demonstrating how digital agriculture can be implemented

Unlike traditional single-machine displays, CLAAS this time emphasized the overall solution of "machinery + digital technology + agronomic application".

Through the real machine demonstrations of different operation stages, visitors could more intuitively see how agricultural machinery, operation data, and digital technology are interconnected in real agricultural production scenarios.

This exhibition area concept also attracted agricultural professional media from countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. During the exhibition, several media teams had in-depth exchanges with the CLAAS team about the exhibition concept, product technology, and digital agricultural solutions.

From the exhibition stand to the field, the strength is verified in real operations

In addition to static displays and technical exchanges, CLAAS also participated in the field demonstrations held during the exhibition period.

Multiple CLAAS large-horsepower tractors and TERRA TRAC tracked models entered the field to showcase the technical advantages in traction, power output, and soil protection in real operation environments.

Through "exhibition area explanation + field demonstration", professional visitors could more intuitively understand how CLAAS technology is applied in actual agricultural production.

From sowing to harvest, connecting every link of agricultural production

The arrival of approximately 13,400 professional visitors once again demonstrated the important influence of the DLG Field Day as an agricultural professional exchange platform in Europe.

For CLAAS, the Field Day is not only a showcase for new technologies, but also an important platform for direct communication with farmers, industry experts, media and partners.

From sowing, fertilization to harvesting, from agricultural machinery to digital solutions, CLAAS is constantly connecting all aspects of agricultural production, with more efficient, smarter and more sustainable technological solutions, to support modern agricultural production.
