On January 29, 2026, the "2026 Cummins China Service Provider and Regional Center Warehouse Annual Conference" was held in Chengdu. General Manager of Cummins East Asia Distribution Division, Ms. Zhan Li, and Executive Director of China Supply Chain, Quality and Information Technology, Mr. Chen Hua, along with the relevant functional teams in China, gathered with representatives from 50 core non-road service providers and 19 regional center warehouses across the country to review the achievements of cooperation, discuss development strategies, and outline the blueprint for the future. Relying on its profound technical accumulation in the non-road sector, Cummins continues to strengthen its channel support capabilities and consolidate the solid foundation for high-quality development.

Service is the core competence of Cummins' Distribution Division, and the channel is the core force to realize service. The reason why we take "Return to the Original Intention" as the theme is to never forget the original intention of service and persist in the service capability building since the implementation of the National IV non-road emission standards.

Strategic Synergy to Explore New Development Opportunities

The conference systematically reviewed the current market situation, product layout and future strategic direction of Cummins' on-road and no-road markets in China, helping channel partners accurately grasp industry trends and growth opportunities. At the same time, Cummins detailed its latest supply chain strategy and digital innovation measures, aiming to enhance the service response speed and parts guarantee capability from production to the end through a more efficient collaboration mechanism.
In the breakout sessions, service providers focused on service capability improvement, discussing practical issues such as service standard upgrades under the National IV no-road regulations and cross-joint venture collaboration. The central warehouses, on the other hand, concentrated on sales strategy optimization, parts guarantee improvement and new product expansion, deeply interpreting the relevant policies, goals and new product promotion plans for 2026. Both sides jointly explored effective paths for business growth and efficiency improvement and reached multiple actionable cooperation consensus.
Channel Empowerment for an Efficient Network
Fulfilling the "All, Smart, Fast, Specialized, and Economical" Promise

Since the implementation of the National IV no-road regulations in 2022, Cummins has established an efficient service network covering the entire country: over 400 no -road authorized service providers and 1,300 certified technicians, with over 6,000 on-site services completed; 90% of service responses are completed within 12 hours, and the one-time repair rate reaches 94%; 19 regional central warehouses operate under a new model, with parts satisfaction rates exceeding 90%, and 99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours.
The conference specially set up a partner experience sharing session, inviting the most representative service providers and central warehouses from Xinjiang and Zhejiang to the stage, vividly demonstrating the practical implementation results of Cummins' "All, Smart, Fast, Specialized, and Economical" service concept.
The Xinjiang team highlighted "fast" and "specialized" through emergency response to faults in remote areas and timely delivery of key parts; the Zhejiang central warehouse, on the other hand, significantly enhanced the delivery capability of service providers by increasing the parts satisfaction rate by 25% in a short period, providing time-saving and worry-free full life-cycle support for end users, fully embodying "all" and "economical". These two cases not only demonstrated the value of efficient collaboration in service but also showcased the close cooperation and mutual trust and win-win between service providers and central warehouses under the central warehouse model.
On-site, Cummins also commended the outstanding dealers of the year and awarded the "Service Provider Elite Station" plaque, setting benchmarks and inspiring all partners to move forward together.
Looking to the future, Cummins will continue to increase its investment in the channel across four dimensions: products, policies, supply chain and services. By further enhancing the availability of spare parts and service response efficiency, and strengthening the full life-cycle support capabilities, it will not only help dealers improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable profits, but also provide end customers with a more efficient, reliable and worry-free experience. Cummins will join hands with all partners to seize new opportunities in the non-road power sector and jointly promote high-quality, high-satisfaction and high-value win-win development of the industrial chain.
