The spontaneous combustion of diesel fuel is characterized by low temperature, so there is no need for diesel, spark plugs, or ignition devices. Compressed air is used to increase the air temperature.
Diesel is oxidized to test the temperature of the air, and then the spontaneous combustion air mixture is injected into the combustion by spraying diesel fuel.
