Usage specification

(1) The polarity of the battery must be consistent with the polarity of the alternator. The result of not using according to the specification is that the diode is damaged due to the large current discharge.

(2) When the six diodes of the rectifier tube are connected with the stator winding, it is absolutely prohibited to check the insulation of the alternator with a megohm meter or 220V AC power supply. Otherwise, it is easy to make the diode breakdown and damage.

(3) After the engine is turned off, the ignition switch should be disconnected. If the fire is not turned off in time, the battery will continue to discharge, which will affect the magnetic field and shorten the battery service time.

(4) When the alternator is running, the fire test method cannot be used to check whether the power is generated. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the diode and electronic components.

(5) The form of the regulator and the alternator must be the same, otherwise the alternator will not be able to output voltage due to the absence of magnetic field current. And the voltage level of the two should be consistent, if not, the charging system can not work normally.

(6) When it is found that the alternator does not generate electricity or charge current, the fault should be rectified in time, and the wire connection between the alternator and the battery should be firm. Otherwise, it is easy to damage diodes and electronic components.

(7) When the alternator is installed on the engine, the center of the alternator pulley groove and the center of the engine pulley groove should be aligned, and the appropriate degree of triangle belt tightness should be set.
