1. Before starting:
1) Please check the lubricating oil level, coolant level and fuel oil quantity first;
2) Check whether the pipelines and joints of the diesel engine oil supply, lubrication, cooling and other systems have water leakage and oil leakage; whether the electric steam line has potential leakage such as broken skin; whether the electrical lines such as grounding wires are loosely connected
Whether the connection between the unit and the foundation is firm;
3) When the ambient temperature is lower than zero, a certain proportion of antifreeze must be added to the radiator (refer to the random data of the diesel engine for specific requirements);
4) When the unit is started for the first time or restarted after being stopped for a long time, the air in the fuel system should be exhausted by the hand pump first;
2. Start
1) After closing the fuse in the control box, press the start button for 3-5 seconds. If the start is unsuccessful, wait for 20 seconds.
2) Try again; if multiple starts are unsuccessful, stop starting, remove the battery voltage or oil circuit and other fault factors, and then start again;
3) When starting, the oil pressure should be observed. If the oil pressure is not displayed or is very low, it should be stopped immediately for inspection;
3. Running
1) After the unit starts, check the parameters of the control box module: oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc.;
2) In general, after the unit starts, the speed directly reaches 1500r/min. For units with idle speed requirements, the idle speed time is generally 3-5 minutes, and the idle speed time should not be too long, otherwise it may burn out the engine.
Motor related components;
3) Check the oil circuit, water circuit and gas circuit of the unit for leakage, whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage;
4) Pay attention to the connection and tightening of the unit, whether there is looseness and severe vibration;
5) Observe whether the various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal;
6) When the speed reaches the rated speed and the parameters of no-load operation are stable, switch on to supply power to the load;
7) Check and confirm that the parameters of the control panel are within the allowable range, and check the vibration of the unit again, whether there are three leaks and whether there are other faults;
8) Special personnel are required to be on duty when the unit is running, and overloading is strictly prohibited;
4. Normal shutdown
Before shutting down, the brake must be opened first. Generally, the unloading unit needs to run for 3-5 minutes before shutting down;
5. Emergency shutdown
1) When an abnormal situation occurs in the operation of the generator set, it must be stopped immediately;
2) During emergency stop, press the emergency stop button or quickly push the fuel injection pump stop control handle to the stop position;
6. Maintenance matters
1) The replacement time of the diesel filter element is every 300 hours; the replacement time of the air filter element is every 400 hours; the first replacement time of the oil filter element is 50 hours, and the subsequent replacement time is 250 hours;
2) The first oil change time is 50 hours, and the normal oil change time is every 2500 hours;
3) Guosheng, Shell and Mobil; the recommended oil viscosity grades are: 15W-40;
7. Service Warning:
1) When opening the control panel, necessary protective measures must be taken to prevent possible electric shock accidents;
2) It is not allowed to change the circuit and controller parameters of the unit at will, and the resulting loss and future after-sales service costs shall be borne by the customer;
