Cummins engines are designed and produced by Cummins Inc. Cummins engines have a displacement of 1.4-91 liters and a power range of 31-3500 horsepower. They are widely used in road vehicles such as heavy trucks, medium trucks, buses, recreational vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and pickup trucks, as well as non road equipment such as engineering machinery, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, ships, and railways.
The reliability, durability, and fuel economy of Cummins engines are few and far between in the industry, and they have always been at the forefront of the industry in meeting increasingly stringent competition for automotive emissions, off highway motor equipment emissions, and marine engine emissions.
Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI), which pioneered diesel engine vehicles, was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, USA. Cummins is a leading global manufacturer of power equipment, designing, manufacturing, and distributing engines and related technologies including fuel systems, control systems, intake treatment, filtration systems, exhaust treatment systems, and power systems, and providing corresponding after-sales services. Cummins is headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, USA, and provides services to customers through its 550 distribution agencies and over 5000 dealer outlets in more than 160 countries and regions worldwide.
Business Unit (EBU)
The Engine Division produces and distributes a wide range of diesel and natural gas engines, as well as corresponding component products, for use in fields such as automotive, industrial, and power generation equipment. Cummins engines are not only renowned in the industry for their top-notch reliability, durability, and fuel economy, but have also been at the forefront of the industry in meeting increasingly stringent competition for automotive emissions (US EPA 2007/2010, European IV and V), off highway motor equipment emissions (Tier 3 and above), and marine engine emissions (International Maritime Organization IMO standards).
Advantage
Firstly, with forward-looking design and development capabilities, Cummins can develop corresponding solutions for different emission standards
Secondly, with mature supporting capabilities, Cummins' emission control technology can achieve a perfect match with the engine lifecycle and the entire vehicle, thereby enabling customers to obtain the best economic benefits
Thirdly, advanced exhaust emission control technologies include cooled exhaust gas recirculation (COOLED EGR), selective catalytic oxygen (SCR), and particulate filter (DPF)
Fourthly, with the continuous expansion of Cummins' emission after treatment market, a batch procurement scale has been formed to provide customers with cost-effective products.

Product Features
The B-series is more fuel-efficient: Originating from Cummins' advanced design and sophisticated manufacturing in the United States, it significantly reduces fuel consumption compared to similar products. Strong power: The design of the exhaust bypass valve makes low-speed performance more perfect and power performance better. Excellent reliability: The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design, which eliminates the occurrence of water and oil leakage, and the parts are more than 25% less than other similar products. The failure rate is greatly reduced, resulting in lower maintenance costs: fewer parts and lower usage failures greatly reduce the overall maintenance cost of the engine. The repair time is saved by more than 50% compared to other similar products. Excellent cold start performance: Equipped with an intake electric preheating setting and a 6.6KW high-power starter, it completely improves the engine's cold start performance. Passed the verification of extremely low temperature of minus 36 degrees Celsius in China's Arctic Village - Mohe, meeting the Euro 2 emission standards
The C series is more fuel-efficient: derived from the advanced design and sophisticated manufacturing of Cummins in the United States, it uses economic improvements with China, resulting in fuel consumption 20% lower than similar domestic products. It has strong power: low-speed power has been fully upgraded, and the starting performance is better. Faster acceleration and stronger climbing performance. Excellent reliability: Adequate margin is reserved in the design of key components. The strength exceeds other similar products by more than 30%. The engine has a longer lifespan. Lower maintenance costs: With fewer parts and lower usage failures, the overall maintenance cost of the engine is greatly reduced. The repair time is saved by more than 50% compared to other similar products. Excellent cold start performance: Equipped with an intake electric preheating setting and a 7.8KW high-power starter, it completely improves the engine's cold start performance. Passed the verification of extremely low temperature of minus 36 degrees Celsius in China's Arctic Village - Mohe, meeting the Euro 2 emission standards.
Main differences
The M series engine has a displacement of 11 liters (670 cubic inches), while the N series engine has a displacement of 14 liters (855 cubic inches). M11 power range 168-373kW, cylinder diameter x stroke: 125 x 147 mm. N14 power range 146-358 kW, cylinder diameter x stroke: 140 x 152 mm. The M11 series engine has a smaller appearance compared to the N series, with 56% imported parts for the M series and only about 10% imported parts for the N series. Compared to the M series, the technology maturity of the N series engine is better, and the M11 engine is more expensive than the N series engine.
