The application scenarios of this generator set include hospitals, hotels, office buildings, and data centers, with a power generation efficiency of up to 43.1%. The use of this unit can not only improve the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency, but also save energy and reduce emissions

According to the person in charge of Caterpillar's remanufacturing business at the booth, "Caterpillar has been remanufacturing 1100 and 3100 series truck engines since 1973, and now supplying over 8000 remanufactured parts. The remanufacturing solution utilizes advanced engineering technology to professionally repair and remanufacture old construction machinery parts, making them comparable in performance to new parts, helping customers save costs, and providing the same warranty as new products
The person in charge stated that remanufacturing can save a lot of energy consumption and the use of new materials. In 2022 alone, Caterpillar's remanufacturing process collected a total of 140 million pounds of old equipment components through recycling and reuse. Compared to manufacturing new products, Caterpillar remanufacturing can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption by up to 65% -87%, and reduce the use of new materials by 80% -90%.
