For many years, Jichai Power has focused on circular economy, continuously improved its engine remanufacturing technology strength, vigorously developed the engine remanufacturing related industry, effectively reduced production resource consumption, and achieved energy-saving and environmentally friendly production. At present, the remanufactured engines of Jichai Power are widely used in fields such as petroleum exploration, metallurgy and chemical industry, mining and mining, and fixed power generation. Energy saving production promotes quality and efficiency improvement
In order to achieve green and low-carbon operation, Jichai Power has organized the replacement of energy-saving lighting fixtures for three consecutive years, and in line with the development trend of the new energy industry, vigorously implemented the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects in factories, and comprehensively created a solar photovoltaic building integration project.
"Now, the enterprise has replaced the incandescent lamps in the production area with LED energy-saving lamps, and all 55 street lamps have been replaced with solar lighting equipment. The photovoltaic power generation project will be connected to the grid in early 2023, with an installed capacity of 8.8 megawatts and an annual power generation of approximately 7.5 million kilowatt hours. On the premise of ensuring product quality, the diameter of the bar material will be changed from 150 millimeters to 145 millimeters, saving 1 kilogram of material for each section of the camshaft, and saving about 10 tons of material consumption annually. The processing technology of the 260 high-power engine body has been optimized and improved. Through parameter improvement, tool optimization, measuring tool upgrade, and fixture update, more than 30 improvement projects have been implemented, reducing the production time of a single engine body by 60 hours and effectively reducing the energy and electricity consumption of product production. Based on actual business operations, Jichai Power has vigorously researched green production technologies and carried out optimization of engine connecting rod processing technology. The rough machining process of the connecting rod surface has been advanced to the quenching and tempering process, effectively removing surface cracks on the connecting rod. The one-time grinding rate of the connecting rod has been reduced from 30% to 40% to 3% to 5%, and the average monthly production cost has been saved by more than 28000 yuan, effectively improving the level of production savings.
