On October 26th, news was received from Daoyuan County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. The company has currently deployed the largest-scale, most comprehensive and highest-configured gas turbine generator set and energy storage hybrid power system. This system is operating stably in the local area, assisting the YS66010 fracturing team of Daqing Drilling Well Service Company in completing the on-site single-well fracturing operation. A total of 14,000 cubic meters of sand and 125,000 cubic meters of liquid were injected.
This "hybrid" system consists of 48 Jichai power generation units of type 300GF31-T and 4 sets of Jichai power storage systems. As of the 26th, this system has provided stable and reliable power for the fracturing operation for over 1.2 million kilowatt-hours. Relying on advanced automation control and target power management technologies, it has achieved precise regulation of the gas turbine generators, making efficient supplementary power use during operation breaks, ensuring the sufficient supply of fracturing power while improving overall operational efficiency and economy.
In order to provide users with better services, the on-site project team of the company has been working day and night at the well site. The maintenance and operation personnel have continuously optimized processes and solved problems in the harsh first-line practice, achieving the stable operation of the system and receiving unanimous approval from the fracturing team.
Project leader Xu Long stated that this is the first large-scale fracturing solution in Daqing Drilling that relies on gas power generation and energy storage regulation to replace fossil energy power. Compared with the similar products of the company in the past, this project system has more units, a more optimized energy storage configuration, and more comprehensive product adaptability. It is low-carbon, environmentally friendly, intelligent and efficient, and can effectively promote the oil and gas drilling industry to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Since this year, the company has taken the Daqing GuLong continental shale oil national demonstration zone as its base, vigorously promoting the green energy supply model of gas units plus energy storage system for oil and gas drilling. It has achieved significant technological breakthroughs in the low-carbon and electric operation fields of oil and gas fields, providing a powerful exploration sample for the green and intelligent development of domestic equipment and the transformation of traditional energy.
