Jichai 7320 Has Been Put Into Commercial Use!

On November 28th, news came from Qifan Ship Repair and Construction Factory in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province that the oil tanker "Yishun 12" equipped with Jichai Power's 7320ZLC marine engine has completed its sea trial acceptance and will be officially put into operation for ocean oil and chemical product transportation in the near future.

 

The successful trial voyage marks the successful launch of the 320 series ship power products independently developed and manufactured by Jichai Power Co., Ltd. into the commercial market, adding high-quality domestic power equipment to the international oil and chemical transportation industry.

 

The "Yishun 12" was invested and built by Zhejiang Yishun Shipping Co., LTD. It is 129.9 meters in length, 21 meters in width and 11.45 meters in depth, with a deadweight of 13,000 tons. It is a new type of vessel capable of transporting various oil and chemical products across oceans. The Jichai Power 7320 marine diesel engine selected for this vessel is a high-quality marine power product developed by the enterprise based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign product experience, integrating the latest domestic measurement and control technology and high-end components. It precisely meets the application characteristics of the ship type and contributes to the energy-saving and green development of the shipping industry.

Since the installing of the engine onto the ship began, the service personnel of Jichai Power who is in charge of the project, have been following up throughout the process, carefully and meticulously carrying out installation and commissioning, problem feedback and other matters, promoting the high-quality implementation of the project, which has been unanimously affirmed by the shipowner.
