The women empowerment project in the truck transport industry not only provides vocational skills training, so that we can constantly improve our driving skills and safety awareness, but also organizes a variety of activities, so that we can relax, exchange ideas, and meet many like-minded sisters. We encourage and support each other to face the challenges and difficulties in work together.

The "Freight Road · Women's Journey" Women's Empowerment Project in the Truck Transport Industry was jointly initiated by the China Women's Development Foundation and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in 2022. The project aims to enhance the sense of achievement and happiness of truck drivers and their wives through training and service activities in health, safety, family relationships, vocational skills, and personal development, and help women and their families in the truck transport industry achieve better development.

The "Freight Road · Women's Journey" Women's Empowerment Project in the truck transportation industry has been implemented for 3 years. By providing exclusive care packages, two cancer screening, psychological counseling, and family parent-child activities for women in the truck transportation industry, it has continuously enhanced their self-development abilities. I hope that in the new round of project implementation, we will strive to make all public welfare activities perceptible to Sister Ka, and the results of all work measurable, benefiting more women in the "three new" fields. Du Rui, Chairman of the China Women's Development Foundation, shared.

Nathan Stoner, Vice President and Chairman of Cummins China, shared that Cummins has always adhered to corporate social responsibility, actively engaged in serving and improving the communities where it operates, and helping people achieve a better life. The trucking industry is one of the areas that Cummins has been deeply cultivating and serving for a long time. We are honored to work together with the China Women's Development Foundation and many partners, using Cummins' technical expertise and wisdom to help women in the industry cope with the challenges and key needs they face. We look forward to more partners joining the project to jointly enhance the happiness of women in China's trucking industry and bring more lasting and far-reaching positive impacts to the industry.
