On November 27th, the 2025 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference was grandly opened in Nanjing. Zoomlion's excavator shared manufacturing intelligent factory was selected into the first batch of national leading-level intelligent factory cultivation list. It is the only enterprise from Hunan Province to be included. On the morning of the 28th, the Zoomlion booth welcomed a live visit by reporters from CCTV Network. "Our integrated shared high-end excavator intelligent factory is supported by an artificial intelligence industrial internet platform. In the past, different models of excavators often required separate factories for production. Now, through the industrial internet platform, hundreds of robots in the entire factory can be coordinated for efficient mixed-flow production of over 70 types of excavators. It can also share and collaborate with concrete machinery, lifting machinery, and aerial work machinery in the park, achieving cross-category shared collaborative manufacturing of construction machinery." Zeng Guang, the general manager of Zoomlion Zhongke Yungu, introduced.
Zoomlion has overcome the world-class challenge of "multiple varieties and small batches" mixed-flow production of heavy equipment in the industry, and has built a globally unique cluster of intelligent factory for construction machinery that enables collaborative sharing. This time, Zoomlion showcased several humanoid robots, and conducted on-site demonstrations to showcase the application of humanoid robots in complex real-world scenarios. The Zoomlion humanoid robots are based on the closed loop of embodied intelligence, perception, decision, making and execution, and can autonomously respond to dynamic changes in the environment and unexpected situations. The embodied intelligent humanoid robots that integrate WES and RobotOps work collaboratively with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to achieve highly flexible, efficient, and highly utilized unmanned warehousing. After receiving orders from the audience, the wheeled humanoid robots can perform precise grasping and disorderly sorting at the millimeter level, delivering building blocks to the designated points accurately. The bipedal humanoid robots demonstrate their outstanding capabilities in dynamic balance, overall coordination, and fine control through a complex and difficult set of dance movements, combining strength and beauty. After the audience's viewing experience, they all gave positive feedback.
