Intercooler performance
- Cooling efficiency=(temperature before intercooling - temperature after intercooling)/(temperature before intercooling - ambient temperature) × 100%.The cooling efficiency design index of the air-to-air cooler is 75%-85%, not less than 75%.
- Temperature after intercooling - ambient temperature≤25℃ Pressure drop before and after intercooling △P≤12.5kPa.
- Cold side pressure drop ⊿ PC should reduce the cooling air side pressure drop as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the heat dissipation performance of the intercooler.
