The training was deeply integrated with both theoretical instruction and practical operation, providing an efficient learning experience for several core technical personnel. To ensure the training was precise and effective, the course content focused on the electronic control system and post-treatment technology of the Anhui Cummins B4.5 engine. In terms of teaching, it started from basic principles and combined with rich practical cases to guide the training participants to gradually delve into complex fault diagnosis and maintenance applications.
The practical part aimed to exercise three core skills. The trainees not only practiced using the INSITE diagnostic tool to enhance their digital analysis capabilities, but also directly grasped the internal structure of the UA2 post-treatment system through on-site disassembly. At the same time, they also learned some systematic troubleshooting methods for common problems. The entire process had a lively interactive atmosphere. During the experience sharing and answering questions, the trainees not only overcame technical difficulties but also solidified and deepened their learning outcomes.
