Supercharged Power - K Series Gas Engine Upgraded Edition
The upgraded version of the K series gas engine produced by Chongqing Cummins covers displacements of 19 liters, 38 liters, and 50 liters. It has high-precision electronic fuel control function, a wide range of heat value adjustment, and can quickly adjust the air-fuel ratio. This product significantly optimizes the total cost of ownership for users with a high thermal efficiency of up to 42%, extremely universal design, excellent oil consumption levels, and a decade long overhaul cycle.
The upgraded version of the K series gas engine has a maximum power of 1500kWm; For different gas sources and application scenarios at home and abroad, hardware configuration and control strategy expansion development are carried out for the entire series, expanding the applicable gas source range from natural gas and biogas to oilfield associated gas, industrial exhaust gas, low concentration gas, LPG, etc. At the same time, hydrogen blending natural gas is suitable, with a maximum hydrogen blending ratio of up to 20%. We can provide efficient and reliable power generation solutions for oil and gas fields, aquaculture farms, waste treatment plants, and other places.
Extreme Peak Power - New Platform Electronic Control Engine Upgrade
The upgraded version of the new platform electronic control engine launched by Chongqing Cummins includes two major series: QSK19 and QSK38; Adopting a brand new two-stage turbocharging system, combined with the newly developed Cummins high-pressure common rail fuel system, it provides a solid foundation for efficient combustion and higher power density for the engine; Among them, the highest power of the QSK19 series can reach 801 kW, and the highest power of the QSK38 series can reach 1548 kW. The transient response meets the G3 level requirements of the ISO8528 standard.
Adaptive design and development for practical application scenarios have significantly improved the reliability and durability of various engine systems, and further extended the oil change cycle. The intelligent environmental parameter detection and control of the engine ensure that it can maintain better performance in different environments. It is worth mentioning that the product is customized and developed for high-altitude application scenarios. Through extremely rigorous high-altitude tests at 5000 meters, the QSK19 series can output 720kWe at full load at 4000 meters, and the QSK38 series can output 1408kWe at full load at 3500 meters. Verified its excellent loading and transient response capabilities, further expanding its segmented application areas.
Expansion of high-voltage star S9 product line
