Over the past decade of practical exploration, the branch company, in light of market realities and customer demands, has gradually innovatively established a three-level service system covering equipment leasing, equipment, operation and maintenance, and full-chain cooperative development, thus creating a multi-level and three-dimensional service ecosystem.
In the construction project of the booster station in the Sanchaping block of Southwest Oil and Gas Field, the branch company innovatively proposed a cooperation model of "zero investment from the client and shared profits from co-construction". Relying on reliable equipment and high-quality services, it deeply participated in the entire project process of the booster station, including planning and construction, equipment investment, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance management. With this full-chain cooperative development service model, the booster station was completed in just 30 days, setting a new record for regional construction and achieving a win-win situation for both the client and the branch company.

Currently, it has gradually extended from the initial Sichuan-Chongqing region to oil and gas production areas such as Xinjiang, Qinghai, and Zhejiang, and has established stable cooperative relationships with many oilfield enterprises including Southwest Oil and Gas Field, Chuanqing Drilling, Zhejiang Oilfield, and Tuha Oilfield. In 2025, the branch company successfully developed a series of key projects such as the Talimu nitrogen injection, the Tieshanshan high-sulfur gas field, and the Changning shale gas boosting project by relying on the development of equipment leasing and operation and maintenance services. Its service areas also extended from conventional natural gas extraction to emerging fields such as unconventional oil and gas resource development and enhanced oil recovery technology application, forming a multi-point blooming market pattern.

The achievements brought about by the transformation have been fully reflected in the business data. Since 2022, the service revenue of the branch company has achieved leapfrog growth for three consecutive years, reaching over 700 million yuan by 2025. The rapid development of the service business has also significantly enhanced customer stickiness, creating more opportunities for the sales of products of the branch company and forming a positive cycle where products and services promote each other.
