The official commissioning of the UL4 production line marks a new step forward for CES China in terms of local manufacturing of key emission treatment products, supply chain construction and global market service capabilities.
As a new-generation platform-based product developed by CES for the global market, UL4 integrates advanced emission control technology with system integration capabilities. Currently, it is mainly applied in the Euro VI emission regulation market and reserves technical upgrade space for future National VII and higher emission standards. With advantages such as reliability, durability, compact structure and flexible installation, UL4 can be widely applied in various diesel-powered application scenarios, providing customers with more efficient and stable emission treatment solutions.

The newly put into operation UL4 production line is built based on the urea injection system manufacturing base in Wuxi. As the core production base of CES China's urea injection system, this base has established a multi-product platform-based production system covering UA2, UL2.2 and UL4, capable of supporting the production of products that meet the National V/Euro V, National VI/Euro VI, and non-road National IV emission standards. It also has the manufacturing capacity for future National VII technology upgrades, with an annual production capacity of over one million sets.
In addition, by continuously introducing automation, digitalization and intelligent manufacturing technologies, the automation rate of key processes has exceeded 90%, and the entire process from assembly, testing to quality traceability has been digitally managed. This not only enhances production efficiency but also further strengthens the stability of product quality. Relying on a complete quality assurance system and a rapid response local supply chain, the Wuxi base can not only support the large-scale production of UL4, but also provide strong support for the introduction of new technologies and new products in the future.
