3. 175 Domestic high-end power equipment achieves "China Depth"
On February 20, 2025, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced that the "China's first exploration well over 10,000 meters deep, Take-1", had been successfully drilled. 5. The company has released the L20V200 natural gas generator set
On July 10, 2025, the company officially released and promoted its independently developed L20V200 natural gas generator set product. This unit is a new generation of gas-fired power generation product developed by the company for both domestic and international markets. It has achieved an ultra-high power efficiency of 42.7%, and its comprehensive performance is on par with advanced foreign products, breaking the monopoly of imported products in the high-end field.
6. The first set of gas turbine units and energy storage hybrid power systems for electric fracturing in China has been put into application
In August 2025, the first domestic set of gas turbine units and energy storage hybrid power system for electric fracturing, independently developed and maintained on-site by the company, was officially accepted by the user at the YS64100 drilling team's operation site in the Bohai Drilling Well located in Duerbote Mongolian Autonomous County in the northern part of the Songliao Basin, providing strong equipment support for the green transformation of oil drilling.
7. Jichai Times was inaugurated
At 11:18 a.m. on August 28, 2025, petrochina Jichai Times (Shandong) New Energy Technology Co., LTD., jointly established by the company and CATL, was inaugurated in Jinan. The company will focus on the research and development of new energy storage technologies and large-scale containerized energy storage systems, providing strong equipment service support for promoting local economic construction and the green transformation of the oil and gas industry.
8. The company's 105th anniversary cultural performance "Staged at Night"

9. Jichai compressors have entered the Central Asian market, contributing to the supply of natural gas
On October 9, 2025, in the first phase of the pressurization project of the central gas field in the B area of the Amu Darya in Turkmenistan, four 4-megawatt sulfur-resistant compressor units independently developed by the company were operating stably. This marked the first application of large reciprocating compressors of China National Petroleum Corporation in Central Asia, breaking the long-term market monopoly of European and American products and providing strong equipment support for the stable and increased production of the gas field.
10. S8200 Marine gas engine empowers green shipping
In 2025, the company focused on the green transformation opportunity of the inland waterway shipping industry, vigorously expanded the market for Marine gas engines, and signed contracts for over 150 S8200 Marine gas engines. Its market share in the new energy ship power market in the Yangtze River Basin exceeded 25%, effectively promoting the high-end, green and intelligent development of green water transportation and domestic energy and power equipment.
