Igor Murashov (Xugong Russia) : Xugong Russia is the official representative of the XCMG, providing a full range of construction machinery, including Backhoe loader, to the Russian market, and provide its warranty and warranty services. The state of the Russian domestic Backhoe loader market: is a shortage of machinery being felt and what types of equipment are in short supply?

Rehnert Ibrahimov (TECHNOSIS) : as far as we can see, there is no shortage in the Backhoe loader market. Since the withdrawal of Western brands, Chinese brands have been able to meet demand for high-quality specialised equipment, often on a par with European brands. At the same time, it is important to find the right equipment in all price ranges.
Dmitry Jack Abramoff: in 2022, the Backhoe loader market experienced equipment shortages. This was due to the withdrawal of most european-branded machines from the market, but in the 2023, Chinese and Turkish machines began to enter the market in large numbers, some of these products can compete with similar devices in Europe. 2023, the market has grown significantly to meet customer demand for this type of device. Does the company have plans to adjust, supplement or replace product lines as the situation changes?
Igor Murashov (Xugong, Russia) : XCMG's Backhoe loader XC8-S2570 and XC8-S3570 are entirely assembled from Chinese components, and any change in situation will not affect the delivery time of the machine, it also does not affect the complexity of its maintenance and repair.
Andrea Zabarduev (Grand T Technology Center) : Our Company works with factories to modernize our product lines and introduce new generation equipment. By the end of the year, we will be rolling out a new generation of Weichai Weheavy Backhoe loader with axial piston hydraulic pumps, joystick controls, front and back buckets, which will make the operator's working environment more comfortable and significantly reduce fuel consumption, and enable name of a river Chai Wei heavy equipment to compete with well-known global brands.
Rehnert Ibrahimov (TECHNOSIS) : there is no such plan at the moment and we fully meet the equipment needs of our partners. However, we always pay close attention to market dynamics, especially customer demand. So we will be ready for any change.
Dmitry Jack Abramoff (RBA temp) : in addition to our current models, we are also developing another machine -- the LGCE temp Backhoe loader for tires of the same size. We plan to launch the device in the second half of 2025.
Please tell us about Backhoe loader services and spare parts. Have you increased your inventory and product range to compensate for logistical difficulties?
Igor Murashov (Xugong Russian company) : the founder of Xugong Russian company is a Chinese XCMG, so given the fast-growing friendship between Russia and China, we don't have any supply problems. All spare parts are original and supplied directly from Xugong factory, so there is no risk of fake and inferior products, which is different from the grey channel of importing spare parts from other countries.
Andrea Zabarduev (Grand T) : this year, our company completed a 10,000-cubic-meter central spare parts warehouse. In addition, we have opened 6 retail branches and over 30 distribution centers in Russia. Each centre is equipped with spare parts warehouses and service outings teams. The inventory value of spare parts is about 100 million roubles.
Rehnert Ibrahimov (TECHNOSIS) : our service sector is equipped with high-quality, modern tools capable of performing almost any level of complex maintenance and repair. Our Backhoe loader stores have been well configured from the start, but the product mix is changing and we are adapting. Equipment is constantly improving, so we need to constantly upgrade our skills, inventory and logistics.
Dmitry Jack Abramoff: the increase in the type of spare parts and inventory of RBA is mainly due to the increase in the number of equipment sold by our company. We are committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with the quality of products purchased and the quality and speed of service, and the continuous expansion of spare parts inventory is an important part of achieving this goal.
Is the problem of"Grey suppliers" exacerbated by emerging difficulties and shortages? What measures do you think the government should take to combat illegal supply?
Igor Murashov (Xugong Russia) : Xugong Russia is the trademark holder for XCMG in Russia, which creates particular difficulties for all "Grey" importers. In order to better protect the interests of customers, we recommend that customers in the XCMG distribution network for special equipment services, because the hundreds of rubles saved on the counterfeit filter may lead to millions of engine maintenance costs, or lose the official warranty on the"Grey" machine you bought. Therefore, the customs authorities should strengthen the import of counterfeit machinery and spare parts supervision.
Andrea Zabarduev (Grand T Technology Centre) : there is no doubt that the problem exists and that some customers are seeking lower prices. But after buying such equipment and spare parts, 90 per cent of customers eventually return to working with official distributors.
Rehnert Ibrahimov (TECHNOSIS) : of course, the problem persists. There will always be some people who try to take advantage of the ignorance of others or try to save money. We always provide quality advice to our customers about problems they may encounter when purchasing equipment and spare parts from suspicious companies. Fortunately, the price of high-quality original parts is no longer inferior to poor quality imitation. Need to understand that poor spare parts will increase the probability of rapid wear and tear of special equipment.
