In January 2025, Sany Heavy Industry will launch a new excavator loader BHL105 in the Russian market. This is the first excavator loader model in Sany Heavy Industry's product line to be equipped with wheels of the same size. This excavator loader is designed to meet the needs of Russian customers for equivalent wheel models. The main advantages of the equal wheel model are its versatility and stronger off-road performance compared to non equal wheel models.
According to the official representative of Sany Heavy Industry in Russia, BHL105 meets international quality standards and has been maximally adapted to meet the usage conditions in Russia. According to the needs of Russian customers, the excavator loader is equipped with a spacious cab, reinforced clamp, and optimized rearview mirrors.
When designing BHL105, the R&D team fully considered the needs of Russian enterprises for high mobility, efficiency in adapting to various terrains, convenient maintenance, and economy. Ultimately, we aim to create an efficient and easy-to-use excavator loader that can handle various tasks in construction, agriculture, and urban development. The new model weighs 10500 kilograms, with a front bucket capacity of 1.1 cubic meters and a reverse bucket capacity of 0.2 cubic meters.
The BHL105 will be unveiled in Russia with higher configurations, including: joystick control for front and rear work equipment, air conditioning, dual flow hydraulic circuit for anti bucket, air suspension seats, axial piston pump, FNR (direction of travel control) function, automatic transmission, quick release device, and arm soft suspension system.
This model will be available in two versions: one with a front bucket fork and the other without a fork. According to reports, BHL105 will be produced at a new excavator factory located in Kunshan near Shanghai. The latest assembly line technology enables us to produce approximately 400 different models and configurations of excavator loaders per month. We believe that these production investments will enable us to quickly respond to the demand of the Russian market, provide reliable and high-quality equipment to customers, and ensure stable supply to Russia, "said the official representative of Sany Heavy Industry Russia.
In 2023, the market demand for wheeled excavator loaders in Russia will be approximately 4200 units. It is expected to decrease to 3000 units by 2024 and further to 2500 units by 2025. However, Sany Heavy Industry plans to deliver approximately 250 BHL105 excavator loaders to the Russian market by 2025, thereby occupying about 10% of the Russian market for balance wheel vehicles.
