Recently, the Cummins Hong Kong team successfully completed a 24000 hour overhaul of the first QSV91 constant load gas turbine in the area and successfully delivered it to the customer. This unit is applied to a large-scale environmentally friendly power generation facility that uses landfill gas as fuel. This major maintenance task ensures the full life cycle service guarantee of the facility, demonstrates Cummins' technical strength in unit services, and takes solid measures to support the development of regional green energy.

The project is equipped with a generator set powered by Cummins QSV91 gas engine, with a total installed capacity of 10000 kW. Since its operation at the end of 2019, it has been running steadily, efficiently utilizing renewable energy converted from organic waste to generate electricity, turning waste into treasure while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

With exquisite technology and efficient cooperation, the team also conducted a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, reassembly and debugging of the entire unit to ensure efficient operation, greatly reducing downtime and winning the appreciation and trust of customers.

Cummins will continue to strengthen cooperation with industry partners, jointly explore more green energy solutions in the field of power, and contribute to building a better ecological environment.
